Positive: Basen na 64 piętrze z cudownym widokiem. Łatwość zameldowania, wzorowy kontakt z obsługą apartamentu.
Negative: Apartament powoli nadaje się do remontu, zwłaszcza łazienki. Czystość również do poprawy.
