High-Floor 2-Bedrooms : Infinity Pool, Burj Views

Positive: Nice view from the balcony. Negative: The location is inside a 5-star hotel, but the apartment itself feels more like 3 stars. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in storage, but only for an extra fee. Breakfast is advertised, yet not included and must be paid separately. One of the rooms doesn’t allow you to adjust the air conditioning. The kitchen is very basic, the bathroom had some mold, and there was even a TV box left in the room. Overall, not up to the standard we expected

-It was conveniently located, within walking distance of all the main places. -Apartment was large and had good views. Positive: The view and the pool were good! The location itself was very convenient. Negative: The check-in itself was chaotic. The check-in time was given as 3pm, but when we arrived at 5pm the room was not ready and the housekeepers were having tea in our room. We finally got the room at 6.15pm. According to them, they were not aware that the room would be occupied. It felt like they were not welcoming us at all. The room itself was fine, but not like the attached picture. The owners responded quickly, but blamed us for not telling them when we would be arriving, rather than turning our overall arrival experience into a positive one, as it was our last destination before flying back home.

Negative: ‏Disadvantages: ‏1. - Old towels, so I suggest bringing your own. ‏2. - The coffee machine is available but lacks capsules. ‏3. - There’s no flexibility in check-out times. You must leave by 11 am, or you’ll have to pay an additional AED 400 for an extra 2 hours. ‏4. - The housekeeping service is chargeable at AED 350. ‏5. - Breakfast is not included. ‏6. - There are no bins in the rooms or hallways (except in the toilets). ‏7. - Tissues are only available in the toilets.
